Bio Empathy In The Creative & Innovation Process

#InspirationEverywhere #LearningCurve

You may agree with me or not that sometimes we struggle to find the best color mix for either our designs, fashion, products, brand identity etc. There are many sources for inspiration and one of the greatest sources is in nature.

Just observe keenly, respect nature, related, builds hypothesis, understanding the big picture, relate to the ecological system, draft concepts etc. this is called Bio-empathy.

This process is part of my DNA as a visual creative designer and today I'm inspired by my surrounding which has found a place in my dress code today.

What is your number one source of INSPIRATION? Invite you to share yours and let us build a big list by joining the dots...

A great picture starts from the photographer's mind and not from the equipment used! My tool this morning was my mobile phone that help me capture my learning moments that has turn to be part of my DNA in the creative process.

Team Performance

#‎WorldOfWork‬ ‪#‎Impact‬ ‪#‎ToolsForWorking‬ ‪#‎BrandYOU‬ ‪#‎Youth101‬

Let us make a date to share learning experiences together with youth in your centres from second week July 2015 I will be based in Nairobi. I'm open to Saturday's, I usually plan for hours to learn and share with my peers on a pro-Bono basis. More about me www.wilsenx.blogspot.com

You can't achieve A+ result with a "malnourished" team!

The secret is in the organisation culture that promotes learning, innovation, creativity, open mind, critical thinking, ethics, discipline, attitude, knowledge, skills, talents, problem solving etc.
It’s so unfortunate some of these ingredients are not trained at the confines of
our classrooms and schooling system.

Take a step towards your A+ game by learning something new every day and share with your peers.

Great video for all Social Entrepreneurs

Story Line - Building the Wilsen Initiative (Wi) Brand

#SocialEntreprenurship #StartUp101 #Founders

Social Entrepreneurship can be such a lonely journey with a lot to give as the founder while juggling many things at the same time for example; family, work, life, dream project, burnouts, success points, failures, learning, delegating, finding the right match for the team, collaboration, networking disappointments etc.

If you believe in the idea you won't GIVE UP despite the limiting resources that are hard to come by. Step by step you can still achieve more with less... The starting point shouldn't be pegged only to money!

At Wilsen we are the stage that even more is required of us to meet the vision, especially on raising funds, co-creating, building a strong team that would take the idea to the next level. If you are the person we are looking for please get in touch with us through info@wilsenx.com

In the coming months we shall be working on strategies on how best to do it  together... Moving from ideas into ACTION ZONE.
