On 19th March 2023, I attended a friendly match between the Gudush Ladies F.C and Mathare Sharks Ladies. Gudush Ladies F.C won the game 1-0#SheCan #IAm #sHERO +throughMylens

At the grassroots level, Kenyan football is still in its infancy and needs a lot of base building. Girls face challenges at every level that are more than twice as difficult as those faced by boys as they advance through the ranks. 

 I commend all the girls and their coaches for working tirelessly to gain respect and space in the game.

Mathare North Girls Tournament. 

As part of Wilsen Initiative (Wi), I Am a sHERO, I would like to organize the inaugural girls competition this year. We can begin with 4-6 teams in the Mathare North zone if everything proceeds smoothly with your support. 

 To make it happen, all I need is the support of my friends, family, and well-wishers. 

The following is a summary of the places where you can lend your support;

1.  Donate football shoes. 
2. Help us acquire branded Wilsen initiative football jerseys. 
3. Donate partly used uniforms.
4. Donate footballs.
5. Donate your time to train the girls under the Skill Up Master session. 
6.  Donate sanitary towels.
7.  Sponsor a Skill Up master session for the girls' team.
