1. Long hours, less pay in the name of exposure.
2. People posing randomly from all corners asking for pictures, again no pay. (Outdoor events).
3. Harassment or being called rudely with all manner of names.
4. Less pay versus high expectations.
5. Basic equipment, entry level.
6. Higher expectations (unmatched): a jack of all trades trying to find the right footing.
7. Lack of great mentors in the space; everyone is chasing for a slice of the big pie
