- Make an effort to please everyone in order to obtain employment. Learn how to network effectively, on the other hand.
- Try not to oversleep; keep in mind that the environment affects how our bodies and minds function. Establish a routine that will help you remain productive and, more significantly, that will support your mental health and your ability to think of solutions creatively.
- Despite being promised a job, don't wait around because promises can sometimes fall through due to foreseeable circumstances.
- Avoid spending time at a jobless corner because you will almost certainly only find unemployed people there. Because they have a lot of free time, the jobless corner can be a common gathering location for people to "waste time."
- Watch television the majority of the time: As I previously mentioned, our bodies and minds adjust to the environments to which they are exposed.
- Without carefully reading the job description, apply for any position you come across.
- Be anything to anyone you come across (jack of of all trade master of none). Meaning you cannot be associated with a certain trait, such as talents, a job, etc.
- Diss your former coworker, your place of employment, your employer, etc. You become what you say to people, so be careful what you say.
- Don't turn down a job offer just because it doesn't pay what you were making before or what you expected. Be aware that certain jobs offer excellent experience and rewards as well as being a launching pad for your desired profession.
Goal Setting!
The top two on my priority list are;
- The education goal (Learning Goal)
- The financial goal. "There is no magic bullet that will make you successful in the new year if you keep doing the things that caused you to fail the previous year." - Wilson Masaka, Youth Advocate Social Entrepreneur.
