Anyway, heed my life-changing advise.  

Never abandon your dream simply because you have been employed,  remember to take breaks and always think of yourself beyond your current job because no matter how loyal, committed, passionate, or trusted you are, or if you are the linchpin of the organisation or company, if you die today, believe me or not, the company/organisation will continue. 

I understand that ideally the organisation  / company cannot find your 'replacement', but they definitely will proceed without you, and someone will be placed in the role and in some case even before you're buried.
