Social Media 101 - Grassroots Football

 #ContentCreation

Does your football team have a social media presence?

I follow a variety of football clubs, from grassroots to top tier, and to be honest, there is still a significant gap in participation, content development, and overall strategy for how to use socal media platforms successfully and efficiently.

On the flip side there are club that have mastered  the craft and it is always interesting to follow, like, comment and share their content.

One of the most difficult tasks for any social media administrator is providing consistent and original content.  It's amusing to me when a football team just posts future fixtures and only posts when they win.

Take notice that in football, there are three possible outcomes: draw, win, and lose.  Don't be afraid to post about your loss; it is what it is.

Here is a list you can consider when you run out of ideas for content to post on your football club social media pages. +throughMylens @Wilson Masaka
