10 Things You Need to Learn at Your Youth.

So close, yet so far... #Mindshift #MeaningfulYouthEngagement #YouthSpace

Analogy...

"Don't waste your youth, it is one of the most precious time in your life from childhood towards the next phase." -Wilson Masaka- Youth Advocate / Social Entrepreneur

Think about this...

Finding the needle with magnifying glass in the haystack will only leave you hopeful. As much as we need hope, we need to find the right magnetic that will attract the needle.

This means;

  1. Work on your personal brand.
  2.  Learn new tricks, subject, etc. upskill as a priority towards personal development.
  3. Do something that makes you happy. Love what you do, do what you love.
  4. Do an analysis of your career. Question, do you want to try your hands on many stuff before settling or straight away you want to hold onto one specific subject?
  5. Choose friends wisely.
  6.  Learn the language about money at an early stage, for example, income, savings, investing, expenditures etc.
  7. Be real with life because faking it as a  time limit before reality hits you hard even than before.
  8. Learn about time management, you might have 24 hours in a day, but every day brings a bundle of challenges, opportunities, friendship etc. Every second is different and special, you can't have it repeated.
  9. Work on what you can control and leave those that are beyond your control. Always choose your 'fights' and set realistic goals. Take an example, it is desirable to change the poverty situation in that world, but is more realistic and attainable to change poverty starting at your own level. Then stretch your influence to the next person or small groups. If everyone does that, there will be the ripple effect of poverty free nations and eventually the world. It can take us many countless years, but if you ask me if it's doable, I will say YES.
  10. Choose the right tools, channels and approaches to tackle your problem
