📌 What Makes a Great Leader?
Well, this is a common question that is asked from schools to leadership workshops that have many answers to it.

In my opinion, after all is said and done, a great leader inspires a great deal of unrelenting values that define the society's DNA towards prosperity, between one generation and the next one, without dropping the ball.
These types of leaders are rare in our society, and they will always be mentioned in all spheres of life and afterlife, from televisions, movies, books, etc.
There is a difference between a follower and a sycophant.To become a greater leader, you need the support of other leaders in the name of followers, not sycophants.

I'm deeply concerned by all that I see, read or hear. I think we are leading to an unknown place where our value system keeps on eroding. Imagine dying for 30 shillings, losing a leg or fighting for 10 bob, or being shot seven times for something that might have been solved through dialogue, just to mention a few of the shocking news that are almost becoming normal in our society.
There are things that are taking place that evening within the animal kingdom that are heard of; just take a minute and relate, where did we take our humanity?
It's time we seek to weave back the removed pieces that defined how we should live as human beings.
