Life Series... +throughMylens Walking in The Big Shoe Our dreams are valid only if we put in the right work, time, skill, energy etc but one more thing that we should know some dreams also come with expiry dates attached on them. I was determined to succeed even though the path to achieving my goal of being a professional football player was strewn with doubt, frustration, and failure. 

In any event, football helped me achieve a lot of things, despite the fact that I don't play professionally. I turn now pass the mantle over to my son Adriano in the hopes that he will make it even bigger than I did. Remember, my son doesn't have to play football, but if that is what he wants to do, I will support him

wholeheartedly.

Here are 11 things I would strongly suggest to you in 2023

Here are 11 things I would strongly suggest to you in 2023 that, despite all the challenges I encountered in 2022, helped me succeed. 

1. Time management. 
2. Keep a positive outlook (Mindset). 
3. Develop your capacity for knowledge (Self learning). 
4. My toolbox, for example phone, laptop, internet, camera etc. Appropriately use of available devices and technology. 
5. Remember that 80% of your feelings are influenced by 20% of the things you see, read, or hear (Emotional management). 
6. Pay attention to the locations where you visit or work they are a source of learning, inspiration or otherwise.
7. Seek for support and collaboration from associates, family and friends (friends-raising and social networking). 
8. Avoid being idle at all costs, and be mindful of what you do each day (Activate Yourself and Keep a ToDo list). 
9. Keep a track record of the numerous trials and learning moments. 
10. Develop an idea from the dream, then a strategy, to carry it out. Make fresh plans to achieve your goals. 
11. Develop a new skill and pass it on to someone (Knowledge transfer) "You can't expect to succeed at anything if you don't try. Miracles do occur, but they also follow certain paths of endeavours ". Wilson Masaka, Social entrepreneur and youth advocate.

Campaign to mobilize resources for Play Safe With Dignity U10 - U15

. Update; ~ 20 children have so far received a pair of football shoe. My goal is to at least reach 15 more before 31st December 2022. ~ 8 footballs delivered. Upcoming The annual Mathare North Festive Season Football Tournament, which will feature U15 teams, is currently under planning.
