I had the honour of being invited to serve as the lead facilitator during the PaaMoja Initiative's 10th anniversary celebration last week, on October 20–21, 2023,

The two-day training workshop's main focus was on Organization Capacity Assessment (OCA), during which we assessed several organizational components, prior successes, organisation behaviour, and future objectives.

Specifically, my training and presentation addressed the following important topics.

+ Problem analysis (Problem Tree)
+ Organisation Structure
+Brand visibility
+ Vision mapping (Dream Vs. Vision)
+ McaKinsey 7s Model (Organisation culture and organisation design)
+ Operation Plan
+ Review of the Online Questionnaire

+Organisation Life cycle. ( Idea, Start up, Growth, Maturity, Decline, Turnaround and Terminal)O

+ Organisation Behaviour (OB).

While most community-based organizations don't typically do this, I want to commend PaaMoja for setting resources to do this important excercise that will usher a new way of doing things moving into the next phase of the organisation.
