Learn To Learn T.A.S.K Model

We have to train the young people on how to adapt to the rapid changes experienced in different sphere of our life and top on the list is technological changes. 

In our previous model we rallied the youth to use the A.S.K model (Attitude, Skill and Knowledge) in crafting the future that they want but moving in the future starting with 2023 we will have letter T added to our model which now stands for T.A.S.K  ( Tools, Attitude, Skill and Knowledge)

What is a TASK?  Task is a piece of work to be done or undertaken.

 The T.A.S.K Model At Wilsen Initiative (Wi) 

•  Tools ~ Use the right tools for the job. ~ Learn how to use them to solve a problem. - Adapt with the with the evolution
•  Attitude ~ Be in the right mindset ~ Know your WHY and train your mind to adapt to new changes. ~ Be open minded. ~ Try to do something outside your comfort zone.
•  Skills  ~ Refill your 'skill bank' (technical and creative skills). ~ Be a life long learner. ~ Monetize your skill. 
•  Knowledge ~ Choose the right pathways. ~ Start with the end in mind. ~ Define the Chance, Choice, Consequences, Changes and Challenge. ~ Know your WHY. ~ Seek for information from the right sources
